The 2021 Pinot Noir Olivet Lane is ripe and complete with floral layers of aromas as well as crushed rocks, pure black cherry, and wild herbs. Full-bodied, its balanced with fresh acidity and has a refined mouthfeel, with notes of sweet tea leaf, wild berries, and incense. Long on the palate, it has immediate appeal but will be a great wine to age over the next 15 to 20 years.
