Blend of 1, 2, 3, and at least 25% 4-year old lambics. Spontaneous fermentation, patient maturation in oak barrels and continued evolution in the bottle result in a distinctively complex beer. When cellared properly, Golden Blend can be aged for several decades. 6.3% ABV
