Flavors of banana, clove, cinnamon, chocolate, and oak completely envelope the palate; the 14% ABV warms and lingers in the chest. Mildly sweet with a lightly tannic tea-toned bitterness. You’ll find this StasisProject most flavorful once it’s had an opportunity to climb closer to ambient temperature!
