This Porter presents counterpoint to the sippable and vexing digestif, with a sparkling effervescent soda expression of the same kind. Pour some Cherry Doc Pepper over ice, add a dash of walnut bitters, a skewer of preserved fig and a slice of tasty spiced raisin rhubarb pie.
