Commercial Description:
A sweet and smoky limited-edition blended rum from St Lucia Distillers, Chairman’s Reserve 1931 has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon casks and ex-port casks, for at least six years. Sweet aromas of honeyed raisins and baking spices are balanced by toasty oak, leather and tobacco. The palate offers notes of rich sultanas, crme caramel, buttery toast, sweet grass and spicy oak.
