A very intense and glittering purple, the wine has a precise nose, full of freshness, on which black fruit notes mingle with aromas of almond paste, bark, vanilla and blackberry.
The attack is supple and the mid-palate fresh and well-balanced, judiciously oaked and with forward fruit. The tannins, still young and tight, should express themselves more fully with time, underpinning a full, flavorful and succulent texture. The pleasantly long and still fruity finish bears the hallmark of youthful power.
