This all-natural cranberry
flavoring extract packs a lot of cranberry flavor and aromain a 4 oz. bottle. The recommended usage for beer is 4 oz extract per 5 gallons of beer. For wine, we recommend adding to taste.
You can add this at any time, including bottling.
