Disobedient Spirits – 1794 Rye Whiskey

(40% rye, 30% malted rye, 15% yellow corn, 15% chocolate malt (toasted barley)). ABV: 45% Proof: 90. A unique rye whiskey that has some sweetness, a little rye spice, and a little earthiness that finishes with a bittersweet dark chocolate flavor. Aged for about 18 months in 15 gallon barrels.
