Domaine Paul Cherrier is in the tiny village of Verdigny, just north of Sancerre. The limestone soil allows this wine crispy mineral and lemon flavors. It’s a true classic, without too much bite and a lovely texture. This wine is a bit denser and fuller bodied than many other wines from Sancerre.
