Raymond Dupont-Fahn’s philosophy shows in this mineral-driven Pinot Noir from the hillside “Derrière le Four” lieu-dit: early harvesting for acidity, minimal intervention in the cellar, and maximum patience with the vines. Farmed without pesticides and aged in mostly old oak (only 20% new), this wine captures the Auxey-Duresses terroir with precision and restraint. The domaine’s small ten-hectare estate sits between Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet, giving these Pinots Côte de Beaune elegance.
