Hailing from the small village of Lhéry in the Vallée de l’Ardre, this Champagne was fermented in a mix of stainless steel vats and small French barrels, aged on lees for 36 months, and has an ABV of 12.5% with a dosage of 4g/L.
Disgorged in July 2021, this 2018 Extra Brut Champagne blends 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Meunier, fully vinified in steel. It presents a medium body with a gently rounded entry, showcasing sweet red fruit and subtle hazelnut cream. The palate is compact and lively, driven by juicy acidity and enhanced by significant chalkiness and pure orange citrus flavors. The youthful yet expressive nose features notes of mustard, chalk, green apple peel, corn flakes, and cream.
