Evesham Wood Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2024

An old-school producer of Pinot Noir in the Willamette Valley founded in the 1980’s, Evesham Wood isn’t flashy, but instead crafts careful Pinots that are soft, straightforward, and restrained, instead of a lot of the Coca-Cola tasting Pinot that’s available in the wet and warm river valley. Certified organic fruit, neutral wood, spontaneous ferments, with some nice bright red fruit flavors to boot. A rare value wine from this rather famous region of the US.
