Paradigm Shift is a 7% DDH Hazy IPA brewed with borderline irresponsible amounts of Bru-1, Citra, Nelson, Motueka, and Amarillo hops. Two hefty dry-hop additions helped create the most titanically tropical and turbid beer we’ve ever made. Massive waves of passionfruit, pineapple, lemongrass, mango, and lime zest erupt from the glass, all wrapped up in a smooth, velvety body with a subtle bite at the finish.
