Produced from over-ripe single terroir agaves grown the chalky, calcium-carbonate rich soils of Vista Hermosa Michoacn at around 5,000 feet in altitude.Bold minerality with bright citrus notes and ever-present creamy cooked agave. Rested for 2 years prior to release.
