This all-natural grapefruit flavoring packs a lot of grapefruit flavor and aromain a 4 oz. bottle. This would really spice up a citrusy American Pale Ale or IPA! The recommended usage for beer is 4-5 oz extract per 5 gal. For wine, we recommend adding to taste.
