About the Winemaker
Analog Wines is a small-batch natural wine producer based in the Harcourt region of Central Victoria, Australia.
Founded with a philosophy of ‘low-fi’ winemaking, Analog creates wines that capture the essence of their source vineyards without technological intervention. The winery has become part of Victoria’s thriving natural wine scene.
Farming & Cellar: Analog works with organic fruit, using wild fermentation, minimal handling, and no additions except small amounts of sulfur when necessary. Wines are bottled without fining or filtration.
