Hervé Villemade Sauvignon 2025

Herve Villemade has family roots in Cellettes, a small town in the Loire Valley of France, going back multiple generations. His Sauvignon Blanc is made from organic fruit from two villages: Bourré on clay and flint soil and Noyers-sur-Cher with soils of deep, draining sands. The wine came out supple and quite ripe in 2022 but remains balanced with a flinty, mineral quality that adds a refreshing tang and texture to this versatile white.
