Commercial Description:
A traditional Wit style beer is named in reference to the white color of the beer. When made with gluten containing ingredients, wheat is a primary part of the grain bill. Because Holidaily uses only gluten-free ingredients, a play on the use of Buckwheat as an alternative grain led to the name of BuckWit Belgian.
