Jerome Fornerot founded his domaine in Saint-Aubin in 2004, and over the years has built a stark stylistic consistency across his whites – precise, mineral, never overworked. The Hautes-Cotes-de-Beaune Blanc comes from parcels in Saint-Aubin (the first acquired in 2013), sitting at higher elevation than his village wines. The cool perch translates into a bright, energetic Chardonnay with real freshness and a generous serving of fruit.
