Laporte Sauvignon Blanc Le Bouquet 2024

Domaine Laporte is a long-established, certified-organic estate based in Sancerre, best known for its flagship cuvées from the flinty Rochoy hill. Le Bouquet is their everyday Sauvignon Blanc — bottled under the Val de Loire IGP rather than Sancerre AOC, but made with the same hands and the same organic approach. Stainless-steel fermented, three months on fine lees. The result is a transparent, immediate Sauvignon: white flowers, citrus, gooseberry, and a brisk freshness that makes it ideal as an aperitif or with shellfish.
