Alongside these, there are delicate nuances of smoked meat and cedar that blend harmoniously with the charming fruitiness. Moreover, true to its Nebbiolo nature, it reveals classic aromas like crushed roses, red berries, pipe tobacco, and a balsamic note of eucalyptus, creating an alluring olfactory experience.
On the palate, it is equally exciting. The wine bursts with rich black fruit flavors, supported by firm and distinctive tannins. With a full – bodied, tight, and chewy texture, the very polished tannins contribute to its luxurious mouthfeel. Flavors of red cherry, pomegranate, licorice, and exotic spices are masterfully framed by tightly – knit, high – quality tannins.
