From the producer: Created to celebrate the 35 years of activity at Monte Rossa, its name honours the founders of the company who have the same initials: Paola Rovetta e Paolo Rabotti.
This wine is the fruit of a passionate search between harmony and elegance, a Blanc de Blanc conjugating the fullness, structure and complexity of vintage wine (35%) and the charm and typical fineness of Chardonnay (65%) coming from the best cru.
