The Aromatics are quick yet lasting and enticing, showing passion fruit, lime, apple with a hint of lychee. This is complemented by a touch of vanilla and lightly toasted oak. The palate is medium bodied with a crisp finish. This wine would do well as an aperitif, or paired with a pear and gorgonzola salad, goat cheese on toast, or freshly shucked oysters.
