Unlike the super sweet stuff of our past we wanted to take a more elegant and professional approach to this Blueberry Lemon mead. Loaded with blueberries and lemon to create a balance of sweetness and tartness and a little Madagascar vanilla to enhance the flavors. This mead sips with a semi-sweet profile with strong blueberry up front and just a lite lemon bite at the end.
