Nortic Hard Kombucha is a blend of real fruit pure, real distilled spirits (never malt), and real kombucha tea.
The name Nortic is the marriage of the words Nordic and Arctic. The inspiration comes from the Nordic Seas, an area just south of the Arctic Circle where three separate bodies of water collide. These waters are known for their varying densities and strong ocean currents. Constantly churning and mixing, these currents are what bring everything together. Similarly, the whole fruit pure we use in our kombucha is denser than our other ingredients. This can eventually lead to mild separation. Though our ingredients may not fully mix on their own, we believe when it comes to flavor, its a match made in heaven.
