This is the all grain version of our Belgian brown ale. This Belgian Brown style beer is brown in color, with a faint hop aroma and a mildly fruity nose. Belgian yeast and caramel grain contribute to its unique aroma and slightly nutty/biscuit/toffee taste. Belgian candi syrup adds a nice warming alcohol effect that mellows with 2 to 3 months age.

The dry yeast (

Abbaye) will be more resilient through the shipping process, although we do include cold packs during warm months with our liquid yeast to help ensure freshness.
