Covered in sweat and dark necklaces, you’d have to pull this wine from the dance floor long after last call. Growing up in the cellar and vineyards – founded by his family in 1701 – winemaker Olivier Coste is taking care of his land with future generations in mind. Made from bush-vine Carignan, this low intervention, crushable and versatile wine is here to get down. Fresh n’ wild with ample acidity, notes of melting blackberry, plum cake, black cherry, liquorice & a spiced finish. Chill slightly and it is simply smashing.
