Commercial Description:
Our little brewery is officially 5 years old. Crazy. As is tradition, to mark this revolution around the Sun were taking one of our most favoritist beers and elevating it to DIPA territory.
Ultraviolet Colors is a Pariah double IPA with an immense quantity of some of our favorite American and New Zealand hops in pellet, liquid, and cryo formats. A grist heavy in oats and dextrin malt provides a fluffy foundation for the concentrated orange, cantaloupe, mango, and fruit stripe gum characteristics to shine over. This is a special treat indeed and we are thrilled to share it with you.
