This all-natural peanut butter
flavoring packs a lot of peanut butter flavor and aromain a 4 oz. bottle. The recommended usage for beer is 4 oz per 5 gal. For wine, we recommend adding to taste.
You can add this at any time, including bottling.
Our recommendation with the flavorings is always add less than what you think you need, at least at first. Remember, you can always add more, but once it’s in there, it’s in there…
One nice aspect of using peanut butter flavoring rather than peanut butter in beer is that you won’t ruin your beer’s head retention.
