Medium-deep brick-red/garnet with a tint of brown-ish development in the rim. The bouquet is rich and ciomplex and displays roasting pan, smoked meat and a hint of chocolate, while the palate is deep and rich, with excellent concentration and fleshy intensity, velvet texture and a long-lasting follow-through. This is a substantial and super satisfying Chianti of a higher level. It’s drinking superbly right now.
