This Vintner’s Harvest Raspberryfruit base is a blend of juice concentrates, corn syrup, citric acid and natural flavor designed to make a fermentable base for raspberry wine blend at 18.9 Brix. This 1 gallon container of concentrate is intended to make 6 gallons of wine, however for additional body you may want to add additionalraspberries or raspberrypuree. Instructions are on the side of the packaging.
Wine yeast not included. Recommended Yeast: Lalvin K1V-1116 or Red Star Montrachet.
