Over 150 years of wine-making has taught them a thing or two about where to plant the best vineyards. This wine is produced using San Pedros finest Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the Maipo Valley. The vineyards are planted in a zone with shallow, rocky, and well-drained alluvial soils, perfect for Cabernet and similiar to what you see in Napa Valley. It’s also the best place in the entire world for stargazing, because there is nominal water vapor in the atmosphere. That means less non-organic material needed for vineyard management, and a greater focus on organics.
