Spicy Maqdous are small, tender eggplants traditionally
stuffed with a mixture of walnuts, garlic, and chili, then
preserved in olive oil. This classic Arab delicacy offers a
rich combination of tangy, savory, and spicy flavors, with a
satisfying nutty texture.

TRADITION
Kamā was founded with the mission to empower and give
employment, to local Jordanian women who transform
high-quality raw ingredients into Arab delights. Kamā
celebrates hands-on food experiences, tradition, and seeks
to create a space where people can gather around the
“sufra”–no matter where you live.
