If I’m ever in a position to design one of those stranded-on-a-desert-island-what-do-you-bring team building exercises, I’m going to include “a bomber of a really fine saison” in the equipment list, because let’s face it, no one on your team actually knows how to use the knife to hunt or start fires, and friend, there is nothing better than a really fine saison on the beach. This one gets its tropical fruitiness from a few late Pacific Jade hop additions and fermenting a saison yeast blend at a higher than usual temperature. ~ Tom Miller-Bishoff
