Teperberg Inspire Devotage is a rare, dry red blend of Malbec and Marselan from the Ayalon Valley Vineyard, matured 8 months in French oak. Israel’s oldest family-owned winery has been building the Inspire line as its statement of intent, and this is one of its more unusual bottlings.

Tasting Notes
Intense in color and aroma, with dark cherry, blackberry, and warm Mediterranean spice on the nose. The palate is rich and layered with velvety tannins and a long, dominant finish. The wine will continue to improve with age in the bottle.
Food Pairing
Pairs beautifully with beef and venison. Also handles Shabbos brisket, pepper-crusted lamb, and a slow-cooked cholent with confidence.
