Aged 12 months in French Oak, this classic Douro field blend shows the aging potential of the area. Heavy dark fruit, with subtle floral notes, baking spices and aged balsamic tannins.
This wine makes me want smoked brisket with a good spicy dry rub, 24 hours minimum on the smoke with some sumac in the rub.
