Yves Cuilleron ‘Ayguets’ Condrieu doux 2018 500ml

Botryised, late-harvest Viognier from the most important white wine appellation in the northern Rhône. Remarkably clean and balanced for a sweet wine with over 110grams per liter of residual sugar (that’s close to Coca-Cola levels, but with actual grape sugar and not weird additives!). Notes of ripe honeydew melon, dried apricot, and compote lemon. There’s a little honeysuckle through the palate into a long, pure finish. Obey your thirst. This one’s for celebrating.
